A BABY CHICK's BLESSING

HI EVERYONE !
I'm feeling so much better and the doc actually gave me the OK today to take a road trip to visit my kids and grand kids ! I'm so happy ! Especially since my little grand baby Chloe will have her baby blessing at our church this Sunday. I was so sad to think I could miss that ! 
But I won't, YIPPIE ! 
Last night I felt well enough to whip up a very special card for the occasion. AAAHHH it was so good to craft again :)
Isn't it so cute ? 
I especially love the sentiment idea that popped into my head while crafting it. It expresses exactly what I wish for my precious little granddaughter ! Also, I had made this quilt for her blessing a few weeks ago. I can't wait to see her crawling all over it !
Thank goodness I made it way ahead of time !

    Glad you are feeling better and will be able to make the Baby's Blessing this weekend. Beautiful card and blanket! Another craft I would like to learn - there is never enough time in the day.

    I am glad you feel better so you will be able to be with your Granddaughters'special day! Love the quilt and the baby chick! I made one for my friend, with a yellow duckie and at the background it said "You quack me up"

    I love that stamp! I use it all the time on baby cards;-) Awesome quilt as well, that is one hobby I need to add to my list! I love quilts.

    Hi Alex. The card is adorable and the sentiment is perfect. That quilt is BEAUTIFUll. I have always wanted to make a quilt, but find it very intimidating. I can't sew to save my life. Is it hard and do I need a sewing machine? See, don't know much about it. TFS and I hope you are enjoying your time with your family!
